PRHRiA Chair Jan Eastman presented an interesting talk to rose enthusiasts in March. The talk was based on the captivating book written by Antonia Ridge, which intricately narrates the life story of the renowned botanical artist Pierre-Joseph Redouté. This biography delves into the various phases of Redouté's life, highlighting not only his artistic achievements but also the personal experiences that shaped his unique perspective on nature and art.

Our annual Southern Sojourn to view spectacular roses in WA's southwest never fails to delight those who make the rosey journey each year.

Sadly our beautiful gentle lady Anne Armanasco passed away last week from a long battle with cancer.  She will be missed dearly by all.
